The Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF)

The Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF)provides scholarships to Asian and Pacific Islander American students with financial need.
APIASF Scholarship Program Eligibility Requirements:
  • Be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census
  • Be a citizen, national or legal permanent resident of the U.S. Citizens of the Freely Associated Sates may also apply.
  • Be enrolling in a U.S. accredited college or university as a full-time, degree-seeking student in the upcoming academic year
  • Must apply for federal financail aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale (unweighted) or have earned a GED

BTN LIVEBIG Scholarship

BTN LIVEBIG Scholarship Student Life and Learning is partnering with the Big Ten Network’s (BTN) LiveBIG campaign to promote student volunteerism at Indiana University Bloomington. Students who complete at least 10 hours of community service and complete a two-stage application process before December 9, 2011 will be eligible to apply for the BTN LiveBIG $1,000 scholarship. Open to undergraduate and graduate students at specified colleges and universities who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States Stage One: Must complete a minimum of 10 hours of community service before November 13, 2011 Stage Two: Must then submit complete application and essay between November 14, 2011 and December 9, 2011 There is a limit of 200 submissions per eligible school, so apply today!Visit the BTN website for more information.
