BTN LIVEBIG Scholarship

BTN LIVEBIG Scholarship Student Life and Learning is partnering with the Big Ten Network’s (BTN) LiveBIG campaign to promote student volunteerism at Indiana University Bloomington. Students who complete at least 10 hours of community service and complete a two-stage application process before December 9, 2011 will be eligible to apply for the BTN LiveBIG $1,000 scholarship. Open to undergraduate and graduate students at specified colleges and universities who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States Stage One: Must complete a minimum of 10 hours of community service before November 13, 2011 Stage Two: Must then submit complete application and essay between November 14, 2011 and December 9, 2011 There is a limit of 200 submissions per eligible school, so apply today!Visit the BTN website for more information. Hispanic Scholarship Fund/Altria Group Inc. Scholarship Program

Hispanic Scholarship Fund/Altria Group Inc. Scholarship Program Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Altria Group, Inc. have partnered to provide financial assistance to outstanding Latino students. The award supports full time undergraduate students attending designated colleges and universities. Requirements: Full time junior during the 2012-13 academic year. Must also be pursuing a major in accounting, finance, business administration, biology, chemistry, computer science, economics, physics, or an eligible engineering discipline. Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF)

Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) The Hispanic Scholarship Fund awards more than 4,000 scholarships each year to students attending four-year universities, community colleges and graduate schools. College-bound students of all levels who are citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States. Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (3.3 GPA for the Gates Millenium Scholarship Program) and plan to be enrolled full time in the fall 2012 semester. All majors are encouraged to apply. The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) offers close to 150 HSF scholarship programs, including the Gates Millennium Scholars Program. Scholarship amounts range from $1,000 to $15,000. The HSF General Scholarship Application closes in December 15, 2011. Selection begins in June 2012. Apply online at www.HSF.net.

Ford Motor Company Fund - Heart Behind the Oval Scholarship On October 17, 2011, Ford Motor Company Fund is launching the Heart Behind the Oval Scholarship Contest, which will provide three awards to students who are making a positive impact in their communities. Winners will receive: First Place - a $5,000 scholarship with $2,500 to their featured non profit Second Place - a $2,500 scholarship with $1,500 to their featured non profit Third Place - a $1,000 scholarship with $1,000 to their featured non profit The contest is open to current college students enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university by September 1, 2011.
